So I’m in need of a truck by the latest mid January. My current vehicle is plagued with problems. I ordered my Maverick on 07/16. It was scheduled to be built on 11/15. Blend date of 11/24. Been in production for at least two weeks (12/3).

My estimated arrival date is still 01/07 even though it has yet to say “built”. I have checked my modules and they don’t say active. I live in a Rocky Mountain state and have tried to ask the dealership for clarification but have not received anything.

What’s the possibility I received my Maverick by mid January at this point?Should I be looking for another truck? Any thoughts/opinions? I’m not trying to complain but it’s getting to crunch time and I don’t want to wait until last minute.

All I can tell you is my truck had blend date of 12/09, in production 12/16, modules filled and built email from ford 12/18 with a delivery to dealer in Wichita of 1/4-10. Whether it arrives in that timeframe is a guess.

ya, if I had a built email or the modules show active I would be more hopeful. Without Those two things I’m feeling less optimistic.

If you have your vin, did you try entering it on palsapp.com?

Just a thought in case the tracker is not completely up-to-date for you.

My truck estimated delivery date is 1/9/22 and was built on 12/2/21. My tracker is good so far and I can see my vin is pending on the palsapp.com site as I was tracking it via rail and it is currently waiting for transport to dealer at the rail yard.

I haven’t tried that. The problem is I’m not sure it’s actually built because the modules don’t show active? Have you checked the modules on yours?

You should definitely check it now just to see what it says. I have confirmed my modules were activated. I also asked my dealer for the rail car number to track it using Norfolk southerns intermodal tracing.

It says it requires a username and password, but I see nowhere to sign up for an account?

Yeah, where it says enter a vin or freight number, enter the vin and just click the search button. It does not require a username and password for that.

unfortunately it says not found. I really have no idea what the hold up is. I did get the luxury package with the XLT so maybe it’s the SIBL?

That is on the most recent constraints list.

Do you think that would delay the installation of the computer modules too?
No real idea but I doubt it. The SIBL is done in a different shop. I don't think they would do the liner until the rest of the truck is done. No real way to know unless you call.

Just be patient. They are building it, it will come.

Mine was built on 12/03 and modules are NOT active yet. As of 12/17 Vehicle Visibility Report from dealer states On Chip Hold.
