Exhaust System Repair

Not sure what happened, but my 2022 hybrid Maverick is getting the entire exhaust system replaced. 21,000 miles in, and the check engine light popped on. Now i am seeing a correlation with cold weather and this problem with the "open valve". Not seeing warmer climate mavericks having this issue. Thoughts? It is nice to get new parts for my truck after 20,000 miles though!

I have the same issue. Parts are on back order, but there is no issue driving the Maverick. But what is the guarantee that once that part is replaced I won't get another check engine light at 36,000 miles after factory warranty is out?

I'm at the service center now getting an inspection and oil change. CE light came on and they said the same thing: needs new exhaust. 19k miles, and in NH (cold). Interesting...
