The Government has spent a LOT of money getting the fuel to a very precise state for their "test"... And they don't even actually test MOST cars (few actually are). They just take manufacturers for their word most of the time. Did people not know this? Yep, we spend a lot of money for piss poor results. And you wonder why your car doesn't meet "their" numbers....
