Eco mode as default

I am coming from a Honda civic where I kept eco mode on at all times. I didn't care about power and drove 73 max speed on my commute. Can I default the hybrid Maverick to eco mode at all times?

Haven’t seen anyone able to keep ECo as default. It’s a pain toggling before you roll.
