Drop In Modular Bed Liner -- will dealer cut out holes for the side storage boxes?

Considering purchasing the drop in modular bed liner from Ford. Does anyone know if I pay for installation will they cut out the holes for the side storage boxes?

ford installation: $60
driving back up the dealership because they didnt cut out half the holes needed: priceless.

Honestly, the cost difference isnt that much to a spray in so not having to deal with the potential hassle seems worth it.
