Drivetrain warranty issues?

With so many doing mods, bigger tires, lift kits, etc. has anyone run into drivetrain issues, issues that I assume would not be covered under warranty?

I just imagine since larger tires are changing the final drive ratio almost any drivetrain issue might easily be attributable to the mod...

I'm going to bump this up. And moderator, can you copy it to the suspension/chsis/ steering section?

I know lift kits and bigger tires CAN affect drivetrain. Most commonly mentioned is rthe risk of early wear on CV joints. But I went throught ten pages of this section of the forum and didn't see any thread title about such an issue. I went through all the suspension section and did not see any such post.

So are the lift kits and big tires pretty foolproof? I wouldn't want to be a fool.
