A couple of weeks ago, I traded in my Ram 1500 that I used to pull a 26' travel trailer with to this Maverick Hybrid. I just made it under the wire for the stop sale that is currently in effect. So far, getting 40-45 MPG around town and happy that the AC works well in Texas heat. I added a tonneau cover and spray-in bedliner along with a few subtle decorations. I'm happy so far.

Welcome to the MTC, lots of good information and experience here.

Love the Desert Sand you picked (we have a 2025 Desert Sand Mav as well), it takes way longer to show the dust and dirt and looks great while doing it.

Some have said here thst the truck wont be broken in till about 4000 miles, and fuel mileage can improve as it breaks in (and you figure out how to stretch out your fuel load).

We are still working on getting rhe hang of using a hybrid as well.

Cheers, and enjoy your new Mav!

Great looing truck; love the desert sand. Okay, I have to ask about the emblem on the tailgate. Being curious, I googled NAA in Texas and got several answers including the National Acordion Association. I then noticed the k, so I googled NAAk in Texas and was given info on six nude beaches in Texas. I guess that desert sand would look good on one of those outstanding beaches????😵😍

I got the tailgate letters here: https://tvdvinyldecals.com/collections/maverick . They were easy to apply.

Since no one has mentioned it yet, I added a hybrid logo back to the tailgate after Ford decided to remove it for 2025: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09P159GPH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Since I carry a 65 lb dog around from time to time, I have this over the back seats: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09ZV7FMMD?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

Also, since it's not visible from above, I added this to the right rear fender area: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DGT74B9D?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

And no, it's not AWD.

Would say going from a Ram to the Mav is more like half sizing vs. down sizing. lol.

Central MA? I lived in Uxbridge for 10 years while working at EMC in Hopkinton. I was so glad to sell my snowblower and move back to Texas :) .

, with the new trailer, I thought I was getting to close to that number. Mav tows like a charm. Trailer is 13' long, 90" high and same wide.
