For those that have been calling the 1-800 number to check on your Maverick's status, you don't have to wait on hold. Twice now, I have logged into my FordPass account (on my computer, I haven't tried it via the app) and clicked on the "chat " button. https://www.ford.com/support/category/fordpass/
I say I'd like to check on the status of my vehicle order. They ask for my order code and sales code and 1 minute later, I have my status (in order processing, boo). Then I asked what my priority code is and they responded within a minute (2, which is good, but apparently doesn't mean much anymore).
You probably aren't going to get help with any really complicated situations, but it is very useful for a quick check-in on your order.
