Yes it is! Hardly tell that I'm towing something. I just need to practice my trailer backup skills.
You can learn the basics of trailering hands on from Ford for the low price of $495!!!

Those single ski trailers can be a real pain to back up.

Yes it can! I'm not sure I want to travel & pay 500 for the training .

best advice I could give for those is to make sure you’re pointed straight down the ramp before beginning to back down the ramp.

Then very small adjustments on the wheel if you see the trailer turning. Being narrow and short it will react quickly to the inputs you give it.

lastly, there’s no shame in a little wiggle as you head down the ramp. And when you’re loading up you don’t necessarily have to worry about having the trailer straight because you can stop short of the water and just pick it up and straighten it out before backing in.

Yeah thanks! I have been getting better and it really helped me by turning around and physically watching the ski or trailer (when empty) and lowering the tail gate. Probably going to take off my back seat head rests next time I go. I usually have to kind of stand on my tippy toes and look backwards to see the empty trailer.

I started towing trailers in 1981 dragging a fishing boat up and down the east coast of FL. I struggled with that ever since, but practice makes better. If I had any idea what a game changer a backup camera would make I would hardly believe it. Yes- the trailer blocks the view (sometimes a lot), but it got a whole lot easier.
