Does the factory passenger floor mat clip in?

Silly question, does the factory passenger mat clip in? I pulled mine out the other day and found a peg on the floor, but no clip on the mat to connect to.

Is mine missing?

Yes. I think the passenger side has one peg if I recall correctly. The drivers side has two.

Same here. Clip but the factory passenger mat doesn't clip in. The mat doesn't shift much which is good. In my wifes Outback the passenger mat rides up under the dashboard because they decided to remove the clips. It's a PITA!
