Placed my 2023 order when the canadian bank opened in Sept. Just curious to know how they schedule it as mine is still in the pre-order stage. Stock XLT, no constraints.

We have our own regional allocation, but yes, orders are scheduled in the same process and timeframe as the US ones. Some folks here got their Dec build dates at the big Nov 3 drop; mine was scheduled for Jan along with the US ones on Dec 1-2.

You have to be on your dealer to make sure they inform you, though, as we don’t get automated emails like they do, and online CS chat hasn’t been very reliable lately.

I am a December 2021 order ,reorder in September. I am one of the forgotten and left behind people . It is not right how ford is fulfilling orders . But great for the lucky .

I agree this system is ridiculous. If yours was a hybrid, I could maybe understand what is happening, but I think you ordered a pretty basic EB? If so, that is just a terrible wait.

My dealer says any info that comes his way he will let me know. Chat is a broken record. Not very reassuring but I'll just keep on him for updates to make sure.

My May 2022 order for an EcoBoost was converted to a 2023 and Chat continues to tell me nothing. Dealer told me some BS about it "going in on the Feb batch" when I asked the last time. No idea where that info comes from, or if it's even true.

I put in a new EB XLT 2023 (no constrained items, no Lux pkg) order in Sept. I took all of the advice on here and requested my priority code be changed from 19 to 11. I think that helped as I got scheduled back in November for early Dec build date, got pushed to Dec 15th and pushed again to Jan 5th. My dealer said mine and one other are the only ones that got scheduled out of many EB orders.

You need to be on your dealer as Ford chat is useless and are on repeat....'go back to your dealer'...

So you got pushed and yet mine got built on time, I ordered in Sept. just like you:

I wonder if it was your moon roof? Your build is a subset of mine except for that. My order isn't even COVP, I only signed a preview order with my dealer. Hard to figure the rhyme/reason of it all.

It sounds like it could be. Moon roof requires more chips. Congrats on getting your order built and hoipefully get it early Jan to enjoy in the snow!

Surprised it's taking so long from build date to ship date...hopefully soon!

Hey! This is exactly what my tracker looks like, and I'm in Ontario too! Maybe our trucks will come up together.
I wouldn't be surprised as long as yours is heading for the Toronto train yard. Mine will get unloaded there and then trucked up here to the final destination. Someday.
