Glad you checked your Powertrain warranty info out...
I've had great service from my Ford dealer, Friendly Ford in Geneva, NY. (Happy to give them props) I scheduled an oil change, and mentioned the brake problem on the Hybrid, where you hit the brakes, but don't stop... They had the notice printed out for me to review, changed my oil, rotated the tires, and I was ready to go. The only thing they didn't know was whether the specific oil they put in was a blend, or full synthetic (they were willing to look it up though). The cost was in line with any other oil change I've gotten, and they had free water and a few snacks.
If you're not getting the service you expect, go somewhere else.
