I own 6 Ford's with Sync, had owned 2 others previously. I have zero problems with Sync in any of them.

I didn't read all the posts and I came here before I start a search for an info system replacement. This Ford unit is singularly the worst POS factory system I have ever seen in an automobile. A 1973 Fiat included. I'd wager it cost them about $45 and that's exactly what it's worth. Everything it does, it does wrong. It is laughable. The USB ports won't even hold a variety of different brands, brand new cables. And it's embarrassing when you have another manufacturer brand vehicle right next to it to compare with. I am not going to elaborate or waste any more effort on the lameness of this pile of junk. The info system, not the rest of the vehicle. Every time if chucks up I want to stab it with an ice pic. Rant off.

Good morning. If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your infotainment concerns on my end.
Should your customers (Ford Maverick) make an appointment with their purchasing dealer for a replacement in these cases ? Thank you !!
