Difficulty of relocating the antenna to front fender?

I’m curious to know if anyone has any information and/or videos they can link me to… I want to build a cab over topper and I would like for the topper to fit closer to the roof and extend up to the front windshield. I would also like to have a functioning radio. I love am/fm. I noticed that Ford has the antenna’s on the fender for the f-150’s I’ve seen. I would love that option. Plus there are some really cool looking antennas these days!

Hole drilling and filling with rewiring. That doesn't account for any issues with not using the OEM antenna base that may be present.

Anything can be done with the knowledge or money or both.
