Differences in exhaust between years/models?

Was trying to find some videos of the stock exhaust to think of what to ask of my local exhaust shop and came across this post/video:

Now according to Buscar bio they have a 2.0 Eco. I went and looked under my 2023 2.0 today and the setup is a little different mainly in that it only has a single muffler versus the two (or one muff one resonator) that the truck in the video has.

I tried doing some research but haven't seen anyone discuss the differences in exhaust setups between years. I also realize that maybe they were working on someone else's truck and that maybe the hybrid comes with the two mufflers? but that seems weird for a hybrid to have more exhaust noise reduction lol.

My main point of all this iswondering if there is someone that has the single muffler exhaust set up and has had the removed the single muffler to add a bit more of growl/ompf to the exhuast? I love being able to hear my BOV and air intake and am just missing hear the exhuast at WOT but dont want anything that drones at lower RPMs

Ah so the old exhaust had a resonator on the end and then they started replacing them with the mesh? Interesting, I wonder if cutting out the mesh versus cutting out the muffler is better than cutting them both out
