My '24 has a factory AWD badge, and it was built at the end of September in 2024.
Well, I can say this... It's not a reliable gauge, as mine was built in 8/9/24, and doesn't have one. I've seen several other AWD '24s that also don't have badges, but now that I think about it, it may be that only FX4's don't have AWD badges? I don't know, but I know it's not a reliable gauge of year and drivetrain. The most reliable way to spot an AWD Maverick is by the aluminum rear suspension A-arms...

The OP's question was answered by the description of the differences in the Ford logo/oval, so I'm not sure how pertinent the badges are anyway.

I think it's the FX4s. I think Ford gives you one badge or decal.

But my '24 has an AWD badge, so your statement that '24s don't have them is incorrect.

Any pre-'25 that has an AWD badge must be an EcoBoost model.

Yes, it was incorrect. I'll rescind that statement and rephrase it to, "the AWD badge does not appear on all 2024 AWD models, so it's not a reliable way of identifying AWD or Ecoboost from the rear". My 2024 Ecoboost AWD and, if your statement is correct, no 2024 FX4 can be identified as such from the rear. Looking at the suspension would identify all '22-'24 AWD (Ecoboost) models from the rear, including the FX4.

For that matter, I could also accurately state that any '22-'24 that has a 7-pin trailer wiring connector is an AWD Ecoboost. Like the AWD badge, doing that doesn't identify all '22-'24 AWD Ecoboosts, only the ones with the 4K tow package.

The best way to answer the OP's query clearly is to look at the Ford oval on the tailgate.

Right, but as we discussed, not all 2024 AWD Mavericks (FX4) have the AWD badge. Most of the 2024 Ecoboost Mavericks I see in my area area have the FX4 package. Therefore, I was assuming that 2024's didn't have the AWD badge, and I was incorrect. It has been discussed above that some do, some don't.

Your statement here is partially incorrect as well (my emphasis in bold):

2022-2024
Front - Same Duplex look
Rear - NO Badge = FWD Eco
- AWD Badge = AWD Eco
- Hybrid Badge = FWD Hybrid

According to that guidance, a 2024 FX4 would be incorrectly identified as a FWD Ecoboost.

This is a pic of my 2024 AWD FX4 with no badges from the factory:
