was recently playing with Ranger build & price tool and found the dreaded Destination & Delivery fee is $1295.00 vs. Maverick at $1495.00. Is this because Ranger is made and shipped from inside USA instead of shipping from Hermosillo, Mexico?

I would assume so. It makes sense that the shipping costs for the Maverick would be higher

I believe they increased the delivery fee so they could market the starting price under $19,995
