in the past, I was never required to put down a deposit to order a vehicle. regardless of brand. now it seams that most dealers in the Austin area wants to hold your money, some are non refundable. plus the dealer added options and markups..
then they wonder why people would rather order direct from the factory and just have a network of factory authorized service centers.
my last purchase took me over 3 hours to get a deal and I know I was still ripped off.
