I drive a 22 XL hybrid and I’ve always wondered if the stock springs and stock McPherson struts were replaced with top-of-the-line product how much better the vehicle would handle.

Can we use the B8 struts that Bilstein makes with stock springs on a 22 hybrid? The struts/shocks are designed for 1.5-1.75" lift.
