Sorry, thought this was on the tire.
17x7.0jn+37.5mm
=
17" inch diameter x 7.0 width + 37.5mm is the offset. This is the standard wheel size for the XL and XLT and the full size spare.
I cannot find anything about determining load rating of the rim from the numbers. They should be production model numbers and date of manufacture.
