Dealer says Ford was not accepting Lux Package or CoPilot360 Orders

Just received my build date and turns out my dealer (Leif Johnson Ford) did not include any of my build options in it and it will be arriving as a base XLT-Hybrid. When I asked them why none of my options were added they gave me an excuse that I'm not sure is true, can somebody confirm.

My original order was a:
Hybrid XLT
- XLT Lux Pkg
- Copilot360
- Manual Rear Sliding Window

My dealer is claiming that when I ordered (Submitted on 9/17), Ford was not accepting builds with the LUX Package or CoPilot360. I don't remember reading about this anywhere and it feels a bit like an excuse to me. Is what they're saying true here?

Your salesman/dealership lied to you. That really sucks but it’s the truth. There are many posts on this forum about people being lied to or worse by their Ford dealer. If you are even considering ordering a 2024 Maverick, I’d find a different Ford dealer to order with.
And then get signed copies of your order with the out-the-door price included.

They are full of crap. I ordered my lariat tremor on the 16th of September and I lux package and co pilot 360. Sounds like they forget to added and now making excuses for not adding it

Not true at all. I ordered 9/1) with Liz pkg and co3)0. But if you ordered an cl, they are not available on that trim.

There were some options restricted but you could still order if it was on the form.

Actually, my dealer guy told me the same when the orders opened up. We didn’t add the lux package or the copilot until November. But i did stay in communication with them until they became available on their end to order.
But still, i don’t understand why they couldn't be transparent with you about that and add it once it was available. It’s a little sus.

They were practicing decent and lying skills.
