Hello everybody, longtime lurker, first time poster!
My October hybrid order was finally built a few weeks ago before the order banks opened for 2023. On the same day I was notified it was ready to be shipped I received another email stating that my 2023 order had been received. It was for a very similar build although missing the spray in liner. My first thought was that either they didn't notice my 2022 order was in process of being built so they did me a "favor" by submitting a 2023 build without asking me, or they are just trying to play dumb to get themselves another Maverick to sell next year.
What do you all think? Should I try to use this as leverage to get better deal on trade in and let them have the 2023? If I wanted to buy the 2023 would I still get the special offer? I was initially bummed about getting a 2022 so late in the year but am glad to keep the price and financing from before.
