Hoping you other DFW Owners might chime in here to compare notes on some local stuff. I’d like to begin with . . Does anyone know of a TRUE touchless carwash in DFW? More specifically, mid-cities, Grapevine, Irving, Lewisville would be great.

I'm in Fort Worth and as far as I can tell there's none in this immediate area. I've been handwashing with seems to be the way to go. This truck is actually super easy to wash compared to other vehicles.

I am smack-dab in the middle of the area you mentioned, and I remember searching Google or Apple Maps for "touchless" car washes once, and it pulled up some that were absolutely not. I'll be curious to see if you get some answers, but what I saw online was going to require me to go driving around to verify anyway.

Like Ted, I only do hand-wash in the driveway anymore. Touch-free or not, the car washes always seem to leave some nook or cranny covered in the same dirt I arrived with, so I just skip them completely these days. I don't wash very often, but personally I like the chance to get "up close and personal" with the truck because it allows me to see if there's any paint or trim issues, problems with the wheels/tires, etc.
