Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on a custom center console organizer for my Maverick XL, and I wanted to share my build process in case anyone’s looking to do the same (or better!). I combined 3D printing and custom plastic fabrication to make something more tailored than the generic Amazon inserts.
I used ABS sheets for the main body due to its durability and heat resistance, and fused parts using a solvent welding technique for a seamless finish. For dividers, I printed PLA+ inserts that snap in place and are removable if needed.
Some features:
I can share the STL files and measurements if anyone’s interested or wants to customize it for the Lariat or Hybrid trims. Also open to tips on improving the design—might try a thermoformed version next.
Anyone else here working on functional interior mods using custom plastic fabrication?

Some features:
- Slot for phone with USB-C cutout
- Coin holder (modeled off the OEM dimensions)
- Tray with anti-slip liner (cut to fit)
- Hidden compartment under tray
