2003 Ranger XLT hitch barely fits in the garage and currently at the ‘expensive repair or replace/junk’ stage. Anything longer and the doors won’t close!
2013 Subaru Forrester - love it but need something to haul gardening stuff (bulk mulch etc), furniture and other bulky items.
Retired. Don’t need to off-road or do anything more ambitious than baseball games with grand kids. Only need room for partner and the dog to ride inside. Not sure whether I’m more apt to chose this or the Santa Cruz. Overall length (see garage comment) and price will settle that.

2017 Subie Outback-Good all-around veh for me and my border collie. I liked my 2005 F-350 Powerstroke ...after I got it sorted....but my dog got too old to jump up into the cab. I like the idea of being able to haul my lawn mower and snowblower or talking trips to dump with my yard waste . I'll be looking at both The Maverick and Santa Cruz....it appears the Maverick has better bed space and perhaps a larger cab.

Probably sell or trade the Infiniti whenever the Maverick is available.
65 Longbed was the first truck I owned. Big six and three on the tree with the common malady of frequently hanging up mid-shift.
Later trucks included an early 80's Toyota HiLux and and a 91 Nissan Hardbody. Liked the smaller sizes much better.

I've had several trucks from a 71' Ranchero GT to a 74' Courier to 4 various F Series and Ranger. Actually preferred the smaller trucks since I don't have a need for larger vehicle.

2015 Kia Soul + I bought it new and have actually enjoyed it but would like a bed again for bigger items. It was completely ignored by the aftermarket, ,hopefully there will be more available for the Maverick.

2016 Ford Fiesta ST. Daily driver and enormously entertaining hot hatch.

2018 Subaru Impreza, wife's daily driver.

1992 Suzuki Sidekick 5dr 4x4 bought new, has about 230,000 miles on it now. Now the farm vehicle. Runs well with rebuilt engine and numerous new parts.

1968 Triumph Spitfire MK III. An heirloom from my dad with about 30,000 original miles, in need of restoration.

Too bad this concept never came to market. Talk about a compact "pickup!" 😊 https://images.app.goo.gl/VFnhoWPcNjABHb4L6
