Pretty slick. I use the same little cubby on the driver's side for my travel cigar humidor. I did put a couple of stick on Pads to keep it from rattling around but a great use of space.
I agree, they look great. The OEM Continentals don't have any appeal for me, kinda "blah, we'll get you there and that's all". Now you got me thinking, 235 or 245's 🤔.
Had mine installed at the dealership about 6 months ago after having my Maverick about 8 months. So far everything is working out great with no issues.
Thanks for the reply, you're not a doof because I'm certainly not 🤪. Glad I saw this before I reordered assuming they have a doof designing this. Perhaps I'll do what you did and tap out new threads. This whole ordeal sounds like me, great ideas but piss poor implementation.
