Hey guys and gals. Just found out how to type the 4 "letters" on CSX bot for tracking your trucks CSX rail car. My letters are SFLC, so to numerically type that on your keypad in the CSX bot tracking system, you need to type the number that the letter falls under, but THEN type the number that the letter falls in line. So, my numbers will be 74 33 53 23, and then type your 6 digit # when prompted. Worked perfect for me the first time. Hope this helps.
