Console vault question.

First, is it a dealer installed or factory installed? If it’s dealer I’ll just buy it after I receive my never coming hybrid.

2 what does it all fit?
I want to know if it will work For TEMPORARY storage of a p365xl
So don’t even try to grill me for saying your vehicle isn’t a holster……

You can buy them on ebay so I'm assuming you can install it yourself. The center console isn't huge but it's pretty deep. I'm sure it will fit a P365xl. There is also an optional under seat console safe but it's $500. It goes underneath the back seat. If you really want to be cheap, you can get one of those $20 harbor freight pistol safes on a metal cable and connect it to one of the anchors behind the back seat.

Kudos fellow Sig boy. I carry the same but haven’t decided if the vault is worth it since my piece it’s always concealed. For now I have a regular case that’s tethered to the rear anchor and is technically out of sight per the CPC.

Ah Hell..... I just took receipt of my Maverick and noticed with a few removals I can install a small kitchen sink!!! ANYTHING is possible with imagination and a fist full of fifty dollar bills!!!!!

I can't answer your question outright but it depends on if your piece has an optic and or light. I looked at adding the vault to my order, but it looked like it would be to small for my use. In other places on the web, people speculate that it will hold a 1911, personally, I highly doubt it.

I opted for a lock box with a combination lock and a heavy cable for the times when I need to leave my piece behind. It's cable wraps around a seat anchor and stores out of site.
