Confused on status of build

As @Wire4money said, many did not get the scheduled email with the VIN. I only found it about it from my dealer way back (mine is now build and was just delivered). And I did recieved the later built and shipped emails, so Ford definitely had my correct email. Their system just didn't really work very well...

You might be right about their system, this the order of the emails I received from Ford first was Conformation, Scheduled for Production, In Production, Built, Shipped.

I contacted the dealership who looked it up and supplied me the vin and production date.

The dealer has to submit your email in a specific place when they place your order in order for you to be able to get emailed updates from Ford.
