Conflicting details

So, I got on with Ford.ca chat, and was informed my truck is waiting for shipping.
Was told to check with my dealer for more information.
So, I called the dealer, and the info they have is the truck going to be balanced out and switched to a 2023.
He did say the info they are getting is delayed, as he's had a bronco that showed in shipping but the customer he had picked it up the day before.
Any thoughts on this?

The way things are going with information, I guess you might as well flip a coin to decide which is correct. I would lean to the Ford chat, but I would not bet the ranch on it!!! Does the tracker show it built??? Modules activated???

Spoke with my dealer this morning and he says scheduled for mid to late December with VIN. He says it's still going to be built in 2022. I told him I don't think so. He had not heard any of what has transpired this week. No consistency from FORD.ca to the dealers in Canada as well as the US.

So I want to say, the ford canada and ford NorthAmerica are showing how not to run a company. My order is now a 2023 and with less stuff and 2k more. The manager at cambridge ford is sending me the person need to call at ford canada to yell at. If I get it I will add here so everyone can yell at them the displeasure ford has made the order process waiting .
Fully ready to walk away as the 4.99% interest is now 5.99%. I am not rich, this will push too close to my monthly limit.

You might have to just bite the bullet. Even with the increase it's still the cheapest truck out there.
