Compliance Recall 25C17 on Certain 2025 Ford Mavericks built from April 11, 2024 through April 25, 2025. Securing the Passenger Airbag Disable Indicator lamp to the Instrument Bezel. Letters to owners will go out next week. But you should be able to work with your dealers now to complete the repair. They will need the parts to complete the recall.

Repair: Dealers are to add two edge biter clips to the Instrument Panel bezel to Passenger Airbag Disable Indicator lamp joint on each vehicle. The fix should not take long. The dealers gets .5 hour labor from Ford to complete the recall. The fix is no charge to owners.

Thanks!, my new tremor is stuck on delivery stage because of this recall, im from argentina, I hope this fix wont take long to come to south america. Have a great day.

Sir, do you know of anyone who has actually had the repair done? I am awaiting release of my Maverick and the dealer is saying they still don't have a fix. Thanks

The recall instructions and parts availability information is out. I think we are getting the parts ordered to complete them. I think we are waiting for the clips to arrive. But as I've been told the parts are available for complete the recall.

Red! Cool — Ford didn’t bring that color to Argentina. It’s by far my favorite!

The dealer I was all lined up to buy from last month called me about the fix last week, but since then I'd decided to just order exactly what I wanted and nothing I didn't from Ford. It's really too bad they had no timeline except a nebulous Q3, which felt like it could be a ways off.

The vehicle that showed up should still be there since they couldn't deliver the vehicle without the recall. Maybe they could go ahead and sell it to you.
It is, but I've already got a production date and a deposit on a new one under Job 3 at end of month. A shame.

Mine was held up at dealer for fix. I was told today some small clip installed and it was quick. Fix. Dealer would know if you called.

Had the airbag indicator light recall done today. Dealer sent out a mobile service van - took all of 4-5 minutes to do the fix. Actually took longer to do the paperwork than to do the fix - and this was the first one of these that the mobile tech has done. Easy, peasy!! And it cleared the recall notice in my FordPass app almost immediately.
