From time to time I had the loading problem. Not sure but it appears that if you copy and paste the link/file name etc it is stored in a separate folder and fetched separately when play is clicked. (Not having written code am just guessing). Try clicking on the attach "bullet" then going to where video is stored and selecting it there. If you are viewing a video you may have to temporary save/download it to your device first. Basically you want to attach the file to your post and not the link to the file (the link attached does not actually attach the entire video just where it is?). I do use mp4. On vids I store on my phone but use others as well.
