Click sound when turn at slow speeds

I recently started getting this same noise, like a single loud click sound only happens when turning at very low speeds. Sounds like its coming from the front of the car forsure

I've got a '24 XLT Hybrid with that same noise (loud, single click, when turning at low speeds)

Mine is 2024 XL, with 1000+ miles. When turning right at reducing speed, sometimes, I hear one SINGLE, SHARP, LOUD CLICK-SOUND, at my left ear (like this sound coming out of the top-hinge of the seat belt, and banging into my left ear. I am shocked sometimes, as the sound clicks right at my ear). (As it happens sometimes, I have NOT yet informed the dealer's service. Hard to show to the dealer, and wasting one day of time to use my Maverick)

'25 Hybrid AWD with the same noise and has persisted for weeks. It seems to occur during warmer weather.

Not terribly loud, but loud enough to make me think "uh oh, that's not good".

2025 Lobo. I have this sound. I can feel it in the steering wheel and through the plastic cover under the steering wheel. I took it to my friend that's a mechanic at a Ford dealer and he drove it around for about 15 mins and couldn't recreate it. After driving it he put it on the lift, checked everything and retightened all front suspension bolts. Went back out to drive another 10-15 mins and still couldn't hear anything. He didn't charge me for the service at least. I still have the sound. If the dealer wasn't so far away, I would stop by and have him ride a long with me. Like everyone else said it seems to happen when its hot out.

I didn't think the new ones were susceptible to the CV issues of earlier Mavericks, but on the 22's-24's this might be an early sign of a future CV problem.
