Check engine light

I’ve had 2 different times I’ve had alerts to issues with my hybrid and caused the check engine light to be on for a day or so… I freaked out the first time and made an appointment to get the truck in. They had no appointments for a month, ow the second code did the same, after a day the engine light went off..
I figured now just when I take it in for oil change in a few months I’ll have the dealer run the codes.. Does that sound what you all would do?

You could do that or take it Auto Zone or Advance Auto and have them check the code for you to see whats its for. That way you can tell if its a issue that needs to get looked at sooner then waiting for when you get an oil change.

Did you activate FordPass? You're dealer will be able to check codes by looking up your VIN.
