Chapman horsham experience

I will eventually be picking up my Mav from Chapman horsham some time soon. Ford tracker said it arrived last Wednesday, didn't get an email till today saying it showed up. I will be traveling from North GA to pick it up when ever they get around to getting it ready. Any tips, wisdom, sage advice anyone would like to share with me? Thanks in advance.

I purchased from them 10 months ago and it went flawlessly. In and out in about 30min. No pressure to buy add-ons.

Bought mine there, it was a Saturday so they were a little more busy and my truck was still being detailed so I had a little wait. Everything price wise was as-expected and it was probably the smoothest vehicle purchase I've experienced.

And Lee's Hoagie House right down the road has a pretty good cheese steak.

Took delivery of my Eco XLT this past Tuesday. (507 days). Chapman Ford Horsham. They honored the 3% under invoice, Transitional Offer and Farm Bureau discounts were already in Smart Vincent.
There was no BS with wanting to sell me add-ons. I had my own financing.
Ashlie, John(Sales Mgr),Fred(Salesman) and Finance Mgr were great and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and recommend Chapman Horsham to anyone I know.
Already received two follow-up calls and an email to make sure everything was fine and that if I had any questions not to hesitate to call.
Bottom line: My Maverick was well worth the wait!

I picked my truck up from them last year and they were terrific. So good, in fact, I have a Transit Connect and another Maverick for work ordered with Chapman.

Picked mine up in dec 2022. Flew from Ohio to Philly where Chapman sent a car for me to take me to the dealer.
Arrive at dealer, inspect the truck, go inside, talk w a sales guy for a few min, go to finance, sign papers, go back to sales guy & out to the truck where they paired my phone and made sure the Ford pass app worked, and I was on my way.
Honored original deal price (under invoice) and honored farm bureau discount. Super easy all around. Would buy again.
