I’m old and maybe weird, but, I prefer old school carpeted floor mats front and back. Mostly city driving, occasional dirt biking. I’m OK with the Ford mats that came in front. Does anyone know where I might be able to find matching carpeted mats for the rear (at least color match)? Thanks, Y’all!
I completely agree with you, I much prefer carpeted mats, they look so much nicer. I really don't understand the fascination with the rubber mats. If they accumulate too much snow or water then it rolls off onto the carpet. Plus the rubber mats never keep their dark color and as they age they always start to turn gray and always look dirty. I'm a freak about keeping the interior of our vehicles clean and the rubber mats look awful as they age.

I know a couple other people in this thread mentioned the 3D MAXpider Elegant Carpeted Floor Liners already, but I'm going to give another vote for them. They are a bit on the expensive side but they are awesome, I couldn't be happier with them. The only thing is I don't think you can order just the rear mat.

I like how they have the raised edges and how the driver mat has the reinforced section for the heel. I always end up wearing a whole through the drivers side mat where my heel rests so the reinforced heal area is a nice addition. I got them for about $185 with the forum discount. I don't recommend products too often because everyone has different tastes but these are the best floor mats I've ever had in any vehicle I've owned.

Y’all, the 3D MAXpider look great. How close is the color match? The website does not yet have the 2025’s. Does anyone know if the 2024 Hybrid will match the 2025 exactly?

I feel the same. All weather mats are ugly, do not serve my needs and are not useful for my sunny and dry SoCal environment.

Yes carpeted floor mats wear out after 50-75k miles of use. It is better to destroy a carpeted floor mat than to destroy the carpet, which has to be replaced as a single, large and expensive unit.

When I buy a new car, I expect it to come with carpeted floor mats. Then at 75k miles I spend $80 on replacement carpeted floor mats and then my car is good to 150k miles for a lower price than buying a set of ugly rubber floor mats.

I’m in boots often, when bare footed my feet are tough. I’m in the dirt often.
My 2024 AWD Lariat was purchased off the show room floor on 12/31/24
We got some wild weather coming. The truck sits while I wait.
I’ve ordered the complete Ford Rubber floor mat set front and rear.
Should be in by Monday.
I wish my Lariat could have had a factory option of rubber flooring instead of carpet.
Carpet is for houses or Cadillacs not trucks.
IMHO

Just ever so slightly darker than the carpet . Not anything that you notice unless you can compare it to the carpet, which you can't because its completely covered. I have the B.A.P. so they look fantastic in my interior.

I think the 3D MAXpider fit the bill (carpeted), but looks like we need them to either scan our 2025’s or verify the 2024’s are an exact fit.

When I saw this post, I thought, ok, I’ll buy some, just so the rear carpet is protected. So I started digging. But I can’t find carpeted maxpider floor mats. All I see are the regular thermoplastic rubber mats with polyethylene foam core. Where do you see carpeted mats? Thanks.

Not to hijack this thread but why is that not an option anymore? At least I've not seen it in years on any make or model.
My best friend had a '77 Ford pickup, straight six, three on the column when we were kids. We went out hunting and got it muddy as hell inside. He pulled in a car wash and blasted the floor clean, fired the heater up and it was dry in a few minutes. I thought that was cool as hell and never could figure out why I never saw rubber floors again.

LOL . . I can’t seem to find them myself now! But, I did now find another old thread that sent me to carmats.com and cover craft.com. That guy posted a picture of carmats.com back seat mats in “ebony” color that is a very close match. I just ordered them.

These are the ones I shared the photo of in my 24 Hybrid. They also come for Ecoboost. The rear mat is different depending on model.
Don't forget to ask for the MTC discount! If your still struggling, call or email them. Customer service was great for me.

Why is rubber floor covering not an “option”? Because it is the “default” base model, even in 2025. Carpet is the optional upgrade that 99.9% of people pick.

My 2013 F-150 XL with the work package had the rubber floor.
self service car wash,
High pressure spray out. Vacuum up the excess water,

Turn on the heat?
Hell no I was in Florida !
I’d roll the windows down for the day. Turn the stereo way up.
Fire up a doobie singing,
‘I Can’t Drive 55 !
