I am experiencing a carbon monoxide oder after initial start up (windows/moonroof closed).
Anyone else; if so, ideas and/or solution?

I think you're mistaking an exhaust or fuel smell for carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide cannot be smelled or tasted, which is why it's so very dangerous. That said, you may have an exhaust leak, which would, potentially, allow carbon monoxide into your cab, which is dangerous. So you should take it into the dealer to get checked out.
