Can you add Blackout Package during build stage?

Not necessarily. The dealer can submit scheduled order amendment requests even after scheduling, although it requires acceptance from the factory. Can't change power-/drivetrain and trim level, but most other options can potentially be changed.

Although if OP is already in build that's probably way too down to the wire.

The worst-case scenario, there are ways to black out certain areas of the truck after you get it.

I suppose there is some crazy exception somewhere, but essentially NO. The VIN seals the deal.

I got BAP on my shadow black I just got and really like it, probably too late to modify but there is a thread from someone who did basically the BAP themselves aftermarket and looked to be quite a bit cheaper I believe. Just throwing it out there as another option.
