  1. Ford Brand Tonneau Hard Trifold Cover

    Just looking for any additional input on the Ford branded hard trifold cover. I have read up on varieties a little, mainly curious as to leaking issues. Sounds like weather stripping may help particularly at the tail gate. Any other concerns with the Ford brand (I believe Advantage) to be...
  2. Can you add Blackout Package during build stage?

    I got BAP on my shadow black I just got and really like it, probably too late to modify but there is a thread from someone who did basically the BAP themselves aftermarket and looked to be quite a bit cheaper I believe. Just throwing it out there as another option.
  3. Do you recommend adding weight in bed for winter driving

    Biggest factor in winter drivability the driver. Second biggest factor tires. Good AS with proper driving is all that's needed. Going through a roundabout on ice with AWD and winter tires at 45 MPH you're still having an issue.
  4. My 23 hybrid order turned into a more expensive 24 but dealer assured me the new price wasn't real

    My understanding is it is not so much price protection and isntead the private offer which depends on your trim level and engine type. You'd assume all dealers honor the private offer but sounds like they don't have to, I'd assume Ford eats the private offer cost not the dealer. Either way, if...
  5. Transitional Private Offer 23 -> 24 certificate is now active/available in Ford's system.

    I had a 23 XLT Hybrid with Lux package, was right at $30k out the ddoor. I kept the same but added BAP on the roll over. There was a thread a while back that talked about what private offers would be, I believe XLTs were listed as $1700 and Hybrid $1700. Don't recall the XL offer.
  6. Transitional Private Offer 23 -> 24 certificate is now active/available in Ford's system.

    Thanks for the info. I just called to verify and received my certificate number and was told it's "up to $3,400" so hopefully the dealer honors the whole $3,400.
  7. Insurance

    I don't have mine yet, but the quote I got from State Farm to add an XLT Hybrid to our plan at the same coverage of was only $40 a month which was just slightly more than I was paying on the 2010 VW I just sold.
  8. My Hybrid finally arrived

    It'll be just fine in the winter with AS tires in 95% of environments.
  9. Build date delayed (Oct 16th to Oct 30th for '24 XLT Hybrid)

    My XLT hybrid with Lux package and BAP just got bumped back as well.
