With no context, looks like they sent the truck to plant to be built, delayed it a touch, and then sent it back. Looks to begin being built Wednesday.

I think that is great news since it shows Send To Plant and a Schedule Day (11/02).

When it is "sent to plant," what does that mean. As you can see, it has been sent once before and nothing happened of it.

Sent to plant means that it is supposed to be built that day. Most have been a parts shortage or some other issue on the original build date.
Consolation: last time they kicked it back several days before it was due to be built. It is scheduled to be built tomorrow and would think the plant would know if they can't build it before now. It should stick this time.
