I have owned many XL Rangers over the years and one of the features I LOVED was the lack of carpeting....... just had black rubber mats covering the entire floor area. SUPER easy to clean...and showed very little wear over the years.

Due to the nature of my work......carpets would be destroyed in about 5 minutes.

My experience with multi-piece mats is that they tend to slide around....which bothers me.

Can XL Mavericks be ordered like the old XL Rangers...... with "carpet delete"?

Will "fleet" Mavericks have this option available?

No. You will have to look for an aftermarket solution. Typically, one would remove the carpet and install the rubber floor using glue in various locations to prevent shifting.

Oh man, I would have loved to have that option! So much easier to just spray out the floorboards with a hose! Us in the Southern climates, we have sand that is like fine, powdery sugar and it is impossible to get out of black carpet. This should be an option for sure!

The Bronco Sport Badlands comes with rubber flooring standard. Not that's it going to help with the Maverick.

In my Hybrid I have installed these Ford Floor Mats that cover the front and rear areas completely:

NZ6Z-1613086-BA
Floor Mat
$134.75
1
$134.75

In my limited use over the last 12 days I have found then to fit snug and not move around. These are carpet-less and very easy to clean.

The above was ordered from pfeifferwholesaleparts.com.

If ordering be sure that you pick the correct set because the rear ones are different for the Hybrid and the EcoBoost (higher hump).

I would have welcomed carpet delete and a vinyl/rubber flooring option.
Me too. Living in Northern Michigan and winter especially, carpet in cars/trucks are a pain to look nice.

Carpets offer great sound insulation, and you can put the custom fit large multipiece ones and they offer enough coverage that nothing will make it to the carpet. I have some on my Ram, and what's nice too is that if you take them out carefully, no matter how full of sand and mud they are, you can take it out with them, shake em or spray it with a hose, and put them back in.
