Campaign 25L02, Transmission control assembly reimbursement

Just saw this " Customer Satisfaction Programs " notice when I logged into my Ford account. I did a web search and found one hit relating to a 2021 F150 but nothing relating to Mavericks.
Anybody know what's up? I try to avoid the dealerships like the plague but will probably call about this next week.

Found it - apparently it is a software update to keep the truck from shifting into neutral when you are motoring down the road. Anybody have this update done?

No, but I just got a similar notice in the mail on Dec 31st. It appears to be a refund form for transmission work than may have been done. My 2022 Mav was bought used, so I'm sending the notice to the previous owner. If they needed that specific Transmission Control Assembly repair, then they are entitled to the refund.

Team: here is the complete Dept. Of Trans. Document folder on this. Essentially if you paid for a pair Ford is making a Goodwill gesture to reimburse you with a hard deadline of December 2026.
