Called Ford this afternoon, after stating " Checking Maverick Status" on automated answering , call was disconnected & dropped 4 times this afternoon.

Name a different Ford vehicle and see what happens. Saying "Maverick" sends you to the Maverick specific people. But ALL the customer service people can help you. Call back and just say "ranger" and see what happens.
