This went the completely opposite direction from what I was expecting
But basically, it comes down to multiple reasons that we are having to raise our prices, but the main focus is OUR cost has gone up as well which was forced by many contributing factors. I wanted to make sure that this was put up and that members were aware that there was a price increase coming rather than just dumping it on you the day of.

I try my best to work directly with each and every one of you to try to get the best pricing possible as a thank you for the continued support of our company. I have read through the comments and see some of you have asked how you go about receiving our special pricing, it is simple, just reach out to me via PM or shoot me an email with the email in my signature.

Seriously though - I've only needed to purchase through you once for my truck (great deal on my tonneau!), but would 100% return for future purchases if needed - great experience!

The reality is that your vendors have to source their materials months (or in this climate maybe even a year or more) in advance - that means that the price of their materials are up, even if the current price is trending down. Over the long haul demand will help ease prices, but the near-term reality is that for durable goods like truck parts prices will just be up across the board for a year or two for everyone.

The reality is that your vendors have to source their materials months (or in this climate maybe even a year or more) in advance - that means that the price of their materials are up, even if the current price is trending down. Over the long haul demand will help ease prices, but the near-term reality is that for durable goods like truck parts prices will just be up across the board for a year or two for everyone.
One of the biggest factors that are contributing towards this as well is the rising cost of fuel, freight shipment pricing has risen astronomically. At one point with one of the companies that we order bumpers through the freight cost went from $300 to $1000

Returns

1. Fill out the form on this page Be sure to include all requested information. This will begin the returns process.
2. Receive Return Material Authorization We'll send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) along with a return shipping label to get the product back to us.
3. Pack It Up & Ship It Back Pack the product in its original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts.
4. Receive Refund or New Item Once the product is received, we'll issue your refund or ship the new item.
Free Returns Within 30 Days
(This does not apply to special order items. Special order items are non-returnable.)
We’re making it even easier for you with free returns. You can return all or part of your purchase for free within 30 days.
Some exclusions apply, see below for details on freight returns and items that are not eligible for return.
Note that:
  1. Non-defective items that have not been installed should be returned in new condition.
  2. Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers are good for 30-days from the date of issue.
  3. Returns are not accepted for special order items unless we are at fault.
Freight Returns
Freight orders are not eligible for returns unless RealTruck was at fault. This includes all wheel and tire packages.
If you are returning or exchanging an item that shipped freight for any of the reasons listed below, you will not be subject to return shipping costs or fees.
Acceptable Freight Return Exceptions
  • You placed an order over the phone and we sent you the wrong item.
  • The product you received has a manufacturer's defect.
  • The manufacturer sent you a product different from the one you ordered.
Remember to inspect freight orders upon delivery, and do not accept delivery if the item is damaged or not what you ordered. Refuse the order and call us right away at 855-264-8997.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items are not eligible for return. These items include:
  1. Items shipped to you via freight, such as snow plows, bumpers, and wheel-to-wheel running boards. See Freight Returns for more details, or give us a call to clarify at 855-264-8997.
  2. Custom-made and custom-painted products, unless RealTruck is at fault. RealTruck will cover all costs associated with the return of custom-made products if:
    • You placed an order over the phone and we sent you the wrong item.
    • The product you received has a manufacturer's defect.
    • The manufacturer sent you a product different to the one you ordered.
  3. Items with visible wear and tear.
  4. Items that have been installed, modified, drilled, or cut.
  5. Items outside of the manufacturer's warranty.

Common Reasons for Return
Defective Product
We handle hundreds of thousands of items, and sometimes things go wrong. If an item arrives to you defective, let us know and we'll make it right.
Damaged Product
Items ship out all the time, and sometimes accidents happen. Though rare, sometimes items can arrive to you with damaged packaging. Let us know right away if this occurs so that we can make it right.

Incorrect Product
Incorrect orders happen, we understand. If you receive an incorrect order or if we guaranteed fitment over the phone or chat and the product does not fit your truck, give us a call. Sometimes it's a simple fix, and if not we'll get the return process started. Either way, we'll make it right.

Lost Package
Processing time differs from order to order, but shipping is always on us. If your package tracking information says delivered but you haven't received it yet, let us know. We'll get in touch with the shipper and track it down. If we can't find it, we'll ship a new product and handle the claim.
First, double check the package isn't hidden or with a neighbor or roommate for safe keeping. If it's still lost, let us know so we can file a claim. We'll process your replacement and handle the details so you can rest easy.

Don't Like It
Has your item arrived but it doesn't look the way you envisioned it? We completely understand and want you to be happy with the products you're putting on your truck. Give us a call, and we'll get a return started.
Warranty Claim
RealTruck handles missing parts, damages, returns, lost package claims, and other inquiries within 30 days of receipt of your order. For issues outside of this time frame please contact the manufacturer warranty department directly. This will streamline the resolution process and prevent communication gaps, which can cause your claim to be further delayed. Below you will find a list of the documentation that they may require so you can begin your request.
The information you will need to provide is:
  • Include your Contact name, address and day time phone number
  • Describe the Product you purchased (Include the year, make, model of truck)
  • Describe the Problem in one simple paragraph, when possible
  • Attach Images illustrating the problem
  • Attach Proof of Purchase (copy of your original sales receipt)

Correct, as @jsus pointed out there is a 30 day window for returns
However, I do have a little wiggle room on the number of days but if you are still possibly 3+ months out and unsure of what you want I wouldn't suggest purchasing at this time, but if you are sure of what you want you can get it ordered up and when it arrives open the packaging up and inspect for any damages or missing parts

I'd like know what sort of MTC member discount I could get on the following items?
  • Bak Revolver X4s Tonneau Cover
  • Elevate Rack System - CS Rack with TS Rails.
  • Truxseal Tailgate Seal

I also want to confirm that the X4s tonneau cover will roll up with the elevate racks mounted on the truck.
