Where do I find the information about build date, or Any other information about production. I see others talking about them but I don’t know where to find the information

I'm beginning to wonder how reliable the information is. I've seen people on this site with earlier VIN numbers than mine that are scheduled to be built after mine. I'm a 30 year autoworker, some of this info isn't adding up.
