So I put in an order at one of my local Ford dealers for a Ford Maverick XLT Tremor (XLT because I didn't like the leather seats on the Lariat) early this October (2023). Got a confirmation, Vin and a build date a week or so later. The info loaded and I had a build date of 12/11/2023. When I went to check it later on it wouldn't load. I waited a day now the build date has moved to 10/23/2023. Has anyone had such a big jump before?

I had the same experience, I'm right there with you. Ordered 9/15/2023 confirmed last week in production 12/11/2023. Then this week jumped ahead to 10/30/2023. Seems to be a quicker turn around now but we will see what happens.

Yeah my dealer rep just called me saying he saw it on his end and he was surprised. I'm just curious what the build time and ship time will be.

Yeah things can change, but I'm optimistic and hope I get it early. my dealer said I could be expecting my Truck to arrive 1st quarter of 2024 according to dealers turn around time. which right now we are looking at the beginning of 1st quarter so on par and maybe even a little early. However I'll believe it as I see things progress more.

I'm also gonna be a bit skeptical. I was fine with the initial build date honestly. My area gets 1-3 bad snow falls during winter so they cake the roads with salt/brine. So I was gonna get the bottom treated since it probably wouldn't have been here until February. So the potential early build date is both a good and bad thing haha I'd much rather get it early over having a huge delay though. Out of curiosity did you also order a Tremor?

The Ford tracking website sucks, pretty sure it was put together by the same monkeys who did the Obamacare website.
