Bluetooth background noise

Has anyone had callers to tell them that there is a lot of background noise when using BT? When I switch to Speaker phone they immediately say "much better".

Some folks were reporting that the truck's mic was very bad on initial connection. Switching to the phone and back to the truck fixed it.

OK I think I experienced that a few times

My 2022 Maverick no issuses with background noise. My 2023 Maverick callers were complaining they could hear everything. Personally i think they cheap out on the quality of the mics.
