Which blue (velocity blue, area 51, alto?). I would buy it for MSRP but not paying above- I'll just wait for my XLT (eta unknown) in that case.
Sorry OP it doesn't work like this. You can either buy the truck, in which case you'll be paying TTL, or the dealer will sell the truck (likely with a markup) to the next person on their list.
