Best way to pop out the side markers on the front bumper?

Does anyone know the best way to pop out the side markers on the front bumper. I'm looking at putting led bulbs in. Thanks

Not on the '24 XLT because I switched out the right side and it's an incandescent. Driver's side is a PITA and I will try coming in from underneath as suggested; I tried the popping out from the front and that's not happening without effing up the paint.
