Bed rail sliders

Hello, are there any bed rail sliders like rollers for the factory strut channel on the bed? I am thinking of putting in a sliding shelf attached to the strut in the back of the Mav to slide out a tray or drawer.

You used to be able to scan a QR Code on the cubby cover in the bed to get instructions for building your own bed rails from items purchased at a hardware store. I don't know it it is still being printed and applied anymore.

There are also plans for using 2x4s to create a flat way to haul 4x8 sheets of plywood. The tailgate can be set in an angled-up position for the final touchpoint.

THanks but my lariat already has rails, what i am going to do is once i get my on order camper shell i want to male kind of a flat board carpeted like a carpet kit to either slide in the rails or lay on the fender rails to make it flat. For my purposes, i would rather do it on the rails to get a little more room under it for my work stuff.

I decided to go with cross bars instead of rollers. I dont really plan on sliding it in and out and these are a fraction of the cost of ford crossbars and in black instead of shiny aluminum. I will put a carpeted piece of plywood to take up the whole bed area, kind of like a carpet kit and I will have storage underneeth. A reviewer said they fit too tight, I want them to fit tight.
